01 Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Kamkoff Media Co. LLC, doing business as KMC Collective ("KMC Collective," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit kmccollective.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us — including submitting an inquiry, booking our wedding filmmaking services, or following us on social media.
By using the Site or sending us your information, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or submit your information to us.
02 Information we collect
Information you provide directly

Inquiry details. When you submit an Inquire form on our Site — including a form linked from one of our ads — we collect what you enter, typically your name, your partner's name, email address, phone number, wedding date, venue or location, and any details you share about your event.

Booking, contract & payment information. If you book KMC Collective, we manage contracts, invoicing, and payment through HoneyBook. Information you enter into HoneyBook — such as your billing address and payment details — is collected and processed by HoneyBook under its own privacy policy. We do not store your full card or bank details ourselves.

Direct communications. Anything you send us by email, text, or direct message, including through Instagram or Vimeo.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our website platform (Wix) and the tools we've connected to it automatically collect certain technical information, such as:

Pages viewed, links clicked, and referring/exit pages

Sentry. We use Sentry to catch and diagnose technical errors on the Site, which can include limited technical data about the device or browser experiencing the error.

Marketing communications. Unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time using the link provided, or by contacting us directly.

Access, correction, or deletion. Email hello@kmccollective.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion.

Advertising opt-out. Adjust your ad preferences directly on Facebook/Instagram to limit personalized advertising from us.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Colorado Privacy Act, the CCPA, or the GDPR. We'll honor requests required by applicable law — reach out and we'll do our best to help either way.
08 Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
09 Third-party links
Our Site links to Instagram, Vimeo, and our HoneyBook client portal. These are operated independently and governed by their own privacy policies — we encourage you to review them before sharing information.
10 Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
11 International visitors
KMC Collective is based in Colorado, USA. If you're inquiring from outside the United States — for example, about a destination wedding — your information will be processed and stored in the United States.
